I work with users & stakeholders to align business goals with user needs.
As an experience designer with a background in applied linguistics, cross-cultural education, and user acceptance testing, I strongly believe that human experiences begin & end with accessibility.
More than "just" color contrast, ALT text, or other important design considerations that have become commonly associated with web accessibility, for something to be truly accessible it must both be inclusive of & embrace the diversity of human experiences-- while also being cognizant of the (in)equity of the societies within which said experiences exist.
With that in mind, I provide clients with top-down accessible design solutions founded on diverse research & equitable information architecture further cemented by inclusive design systems.
